Welcome, I am glad you are here. Here to connect with me as you read this page. Here on Earth now. There is no one else exactly like you, no one. I find this extraordinary. Wondrous.

If you don't believe this to be true about yourself, I get it. I've experienced the doubts, self judgments, shame, sadness of trying to fit in to what I thought others expected of me. I've gone through a Dark Night of the Soul and contemplated suicide because I was ashamed. And, I've also been aware of my through line, my curiosity about who I am and what I contribute by being in the world.

This curiosity eventually led me to Havening Techniques ® and discovering for myself, a greater understanding of the wondrous nature of being human. My wish is to share this with you.

I am a secret science nerd, artist and mystic = I make a welcoming place for the sacred = a collaboration between you + me.

My life of studies culminate in a distinct set of skills that facilitate and support you to learn and discover, from a feeling-safe-space, your inherent wisdom. Where curiosity and eagerness arise and flow towards exploring and playing in a field of possibilities, free from the constraints of the past, free to be, and free to share your discoveries.

I am available for one-on-one sessions via Zoom, worldwide (English speaking).

I host small group gatherings that combine art making practices and psycho sensory techniques as a space for self inquiry and creative expression.

My clients are often surprised at how simple and graceful the Havening Techniques ® are. Laughter is a common occurance during sessions. One client told me I helped her get off the hamster wheel of her life. Another told me her Psychiatrist has prescribed her more Havening sessions with me.
